Madame Thai grew up in a small village near Bangkok, Thailand. At the age of 12, she and her mother decided to move to the Netherlands to start a new journey. Madame Thai learnt to cook from her mother and has perfected the dishes throughout the years. She grew up finding her ambition as a young women. Somehow her mother’s traditions kept wandering in her mind.
As a young girl she always dreamt of having her own Thai restaurant, where she can share her love for Thai food with everyone. She decided to follow her dream and her passion for her own Thai cuisine.
